1/2 pound salad shrimp
1/3 of an orange or yellow bell pepper
1/2 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
dill rye bread, toasted
Directions- Mix all ingredients and spoon onto toasted dill rye bread.
